Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Kulak Studios handles information through the PONIBU website and PONIBU Studio, our private production and publishing application for the PONIBU YouTube channel. PONIBU Studio is for authorized studio operators; it does not offer public accounts or ask viewers to connect their Google accounts.

Website visits and enquiries

The public website has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or account registration. Our hosting provider may process technical access logs, including IP addresses, request times and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, and use it to respond to your enquiry.

YouTube connection and information used

PONIBU Studio uses YouTube API Services. With the channel owner's authorization, it accesses channel and video identifiers, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, publication status and dates, and aggregate video statistics such as view counts. It also stores OAuth access and refresh tokens to maintain that authorized connection. We do not receive or store your Google password.

We use this information to upload and schedule PONIBU videos, manage their titles, descriptions, thumbnails and playlists, and monitor publication status and performance. The application does not collect individual viewers' watch histories or build viewer profiles.

Storage, access and sharing

Channel information and credentials are stored on the studio's application infrastructure, with access restricted to authorized operators. The private panel uses essential session and security cookies for sign-in. Service providers supporting hosting and email process information as needed to provide those services. Authorized uploads and metadata are sent to YouTube; selected operational notifications are delivered to the studio through Telegram.

We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the security of our services. Infrastructure providers may process information outside your country.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only for the operational purposes described above. Stored YouTube API data is subject to YouTube's refresh and retention requirements. Enquiries and operational records are retained as needed to respond, maintain the service and meet applicable obligations.

To request access, correction or deletion of information held by us, email [email protected]. Requests are handled by a studio operator; there is no public self-service account. Following verification of a request concerning stored YouTube user data, we will delete that data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Deleting our local records does not delete videos or other information held by YouTube.

Revoke YouTube access

The channel owner can revoke PONIBU Studio's authorization through Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents further authorized access once credentials become invalid; it does not itself remove previously published videos. You can also contact us to request deletion of stored credentials and associated channel data. YouTube content can be managed directly in YouTube Studio.

YouTube and Google handle information under the Google Privacy Policy. Use of YouTube services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Children's privacy

PONIBU creates family-friendly entertainment, but this website's contact options and PONIBU Studio are intended for adults and authorized operators. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.
